giant daikon

This daikon was free but I didn't know what to do with it since it's so humongous.
Cutted and dried little bit while sun shines
then sauteed in olive oil and sprikled salt.
I love eating dried vege in olive oil like this very much.
  then, rest of them became pickles
with vineger and sugar and bit of salt.
