garden salad


*had avocado on toast for breakfast
*harvested nasturtium, raddish, buckwheat leafs from my garden
*made salad with shredded daikon
*my lunch of the day

  1. Good morning doll :) That looks beautiful. I often see daikon at the markets although I've never known what to do with it. Do you shred it raw or do you cook it? x

  2. For this daikon salad, you need to shredded it raw! it is very yammy.

    here are some more very easy daikon usage: I love it dry little bit under the sun, and sauteed in olive oil and sprinkle bit of salt.. this is probably one of my favorite way of eating daikon. Give it a try,,it is delicious and you can eat lots of them.
