potato

love eating potatos.
Shredded potatos and add green onion, dried shrimp, seasoning, and starch.
Cook in a pan with bit of vegetable oil.
Sprinkle some sesame seed !
I cook this often and love it.
Good for breakfast or as lunch or snack ✾    fu ☺
