simple natural cooking

i haven't cooked dried soybean for a while since it has been
hot days, but this is one of the best healthy vegetable protein,
so i did cook some again,
soaked in the water for couple of hrs and cook them till tender,
once cooked, it can be added to salad or seasoned with little bit
of soysauce with vege like carrots as you like
