as i heard that the buckwheat seeds were used for
frying at one of the restaurant when someone visited,
i thought it sounds like a fun experiment to try,
lucky enough, here is my harvest from my garden,
sewed seeds somtime in spring
begin sprouting in april,
started flowering in may,
produced lots of lots of seeds
now i am about to cook them and eat

deep fried with sweet potatoes and eat with curry salt
i also tried with soysauce which is also good
another way of making tempura with sweet potatoes:
julienne potatoes wrapped in green perilla and coat with
flour&water batter, deep fry them
sprinkle bit of salt
