drying herbs

blue daisy

lace mint for mint tea

experimenting what kind of herbs can be dried and used
in cooking or herb tea. right now, i have pepper mint,
wild mint(don't know the name), lace mint, growing in the garden.
this lace mint has smooth peachy fragrance and has lacey look on the edge of
the leaves and later in the summer, supposed to have pink flower

  1. Yes, wild mint it is the right name, we call "selvática menta" that means "wild" because it grows also in our garden.
I`ll do the same thing with lavanda and camomilla on Setember.
Beautiful pics like ever, dear Coco!
