daikon pickles



i am trying different method of making daikon pickles
today.  cut them in chunks and sun dried for couple of hours.  
even though today's sun is not bright enough, i tried it anyway
as i am craving for it and have to taste it. 

left the basket outside for a while

then brought it inside

then soaked in good amount of soy sauce. 
will leave them for few hours 
or maybe just 1-2hours
and should be eatable
