basil risotto

basil seed sowed in the middle of summer grew better
than spring sowed ones in my garden. it was a good discovery
this year.  two basil:  lemon basil and cinnamon basil
are now growing fantastic and delighted to see them
survived while i was away from home.  they are
strong plants and glad to have them in my garden.
though, i am still tired, i decide to pick some to dry them
for later season and tried some in cooking.  was going to
make spaghetti but changed mind to soupy risotto.
wasn't sure if they are good for risotto but
surprisingly good.
recipe:  just chicken bouillon, salt, pepper
any vegetable of your choice
easy, quick, comfy meal.
for the second bowl, squeeze half of citrus
and enjoy the refreshing taste!
this is the best meal i had in last two weeks.
some herb from own garden is the best reward
i can get from working in the garden .
