taste of spring

last year, one of my coworker brought one delicious meal
this year, i tried it myself for the unforgettable taste
i bought this at the store, shredded the stem, cooked in vege oil,
seasoned with soysouce and black pepper
have you ever eaten this before ?
how did you cook?  i would love to hear any
