chiken patties with hot ginger souce

 

 
home made chicken patties:
* ground chicken or turkey , egg, milk , bread crumbs
 seasoning: soy souce, sake (can be substituted with w wine)
- mix * all  well
- cook in a heated pan with tbs of salad oil
- when both side is golden brown, pour 1tbs of soy souce and sake
  let it simmer for few minutes
- add fresh grinded ginger and soysouce (bit of sugar if you prefer)
 
you can eat this with rice or
make chiken pattie burger with buns
