taste of summer squash


nothing could be better than homemade, fresh
meal.  i used smoked salmon, summer squash, red pepper.
marinade sauce:
vinegar, sugar, olive oil, & black pepper
i also added capers in the end.  keep this refrigerated
for 1-2hrs before you eat.
